Nice meat market. Staff was friendly. Food: brisket was very good. Pinto beans were very good. Mac & cheese not so good. Sausage was tough and lacked texture. Potato salad was good. Bought a German chocolate pie to take home. It was easily the worst pie ever. Did they bake it in a smoker?
Nice place, took my deboned meat inside in no time and did the paperwork for what I wanted processed. And if you want a bite to eat their deli up front has all you need for your appetite. Friendly staff and caring. Will go back again...!
Stuffed pork chops are fantastic! Homemade small pies are terrible! Total waste of money, the crust taste and smells like BBQ smoke and the center has very little filling and semi tasteless, tried 3 flavors all the same! Stick to the meat, it’s great!
