I wanted a burger and some onion rings so headed over to the Dairy Queen, sat at the ordering station in the drive through for 5 minutes (heard ELO's "Sweet Talking Woman" on the radio, that was nice and made me think about seeing if I could find Xanadu on Netflix, Olivia was such a fox and ELO had some cool songs on the soundtrack as well)!!!! At any rate, doopity, doopity, doopity dooooo....I waited and waited....nothing. I eventually drove up to the window and waited....and waited....and waited (you get my drift); the workers gave me odd looks like they were wondering what a car at the drive in window might be wanting, or perhaps they were thinking "where am I, what am I doing here, what planet is this?????" I'm not sure if I would have ever been served as Madonna's "Like a Prayer" came on the radio, ugg....I hate that song! I had to leave. Luckily for Bellville, Sonic is open!!!!

The place is always dirty. Asked the young lady "wiping" tables to clean the table I was sitting at since it was covered in food and other folks mess. She slapped a soaking wet rag on the table the walked off and was messing with another gentleman across the way from me, then ignored me when I asked her if she would dry the table after she "wiped" it.
Asked for large fries and a drink, and that was ignored, when I went back to say something the woman behind the counter ignored me.
As I sat and ate, two women walked in the door and both went into the bathroom for about 20 minutes and came out in a different state, than afterwards a few other people went in and came out with a dazed look on their face including the young lady that was "wiping" tables.
Someone needs to adjust things here before it really gets out of hand.

I normally don’t eat out much but with football season kicking off Dairy Queen has always been my favorite place to eat in Bellville if I have to eat out. I’ve gone two times in a row and had the exact same experience both times. First and foremost the young lady that takes your order is absolutely the rudest person I have ever seen. I don’t understand how she is still employed. It is not possible that others do not feel this way. It is beyond not having customer service skills. You feel like you’re doing something wrong placing an order. Seriously inconveniencing her by asking her to take your order, And I don’t understand why they can’t get the order right? God forbid you check your food because the little lady taking the order is going to bite your head off. So you get to get back to Industry again this week with your order wrong. It’s not like anyone’s gonna do anything to compensate you. They literally don’t care. I have no clue how they still have customers. Can someone please open up a new Dairy Queen please we need one!!

If I could give a zero rating, I would. The girl waiting on us at the window was so rude. Don’t ask any questions because she’ll just close the drive through window in your face. Absolutely terrible!
Great grilled cheeses for kids and food is always piping hot! Customer service is the best.

Basically, I never really stopped at this Dairy Queen. The food is always hit or miss and the people never seem to want to be there today. It took 25 minutes for me to get my steak finger meal. Which I can say was partially to other customers but that’s the time it took after I ordered … they were rude with me because they gave me a josh cup for both my meals and I didn’t stop them … I didn’t even realize it was hard plastic…. Then after I left I drove 20 min to my house only to realize they didn’t put the gravy in the box … not worth driving back for but definitely worth remembering when considering to repeat this mistake in the future !

Showed up to this location at 8:20 hoping to stop in and grab some blizzards to go. States on the door that the lobby closes at 8:30 yet they had the door locked and wouldn't let us in.

Went to go have a quick dinner and visit with family after a little league game and they refused dine in service. It was 30minutes before they closed. We brought up the hours and they said the drive thru was only open and refused us service. In the mix of that another gentleman wanted dine in service as well. Nothing indicated that restaurant closed at 8. I drove through and the service was horrible as well! This is not the only time I have had bad service from them. If you plan on going there don’t go on Sunday evening!

This location is usually very busy, dine in and drive thru, but the staff are great at handling the orders and do it accurately. Gotta hit the DQ to satisfy your ice cream cravings, and of course you can't get a Steak Finger Basket anywhere else! I recommend this location!
