Consistently mediocre. When we order a bunch of pizzas for a gathering they all seem to come out really well when we order a simple pizza for pizza night at home it's just okay. Today's order was a deep dish and it was was far from being an actual deep dish pizza. In fact it was almost like raw breadsticks. Hardly any sauce and a few of the pieces didn't even have a pepperoni on them.

Pizza was luke warm and marinara for breadsticks was cold as if it just came out of the refrigerator. This location is usually very good. This time, not so much. I feel as if we wasted our money. Please do better Pizza Hut.

Made a order on phone charged my card order didn’t come through and it was just a freak accident and they took no liability for their faulty actions waited a hour drove to store and no questions answered went home waited and again told some BS about how they have no record of my purchase but took my money and now my family and I are having to go pick something up after waiting a hour. This is the second time this has happened. Which sucks since the is the only pizza place near us and they have no damn accountability. Sad. Manager sounds like a little kid that can’t take care of customers. Complete joke and a waste of my damn time.

The pan pizza crust is not the same as it used to be. It’s like the crust hasn’t risen all the way and it’s either overcooked or undercooked. Shouldn’t have to pay extra to get lousy crust. I tried the caramelized onions for the first time and I ended up with a stomach ache. I like the taste of them but not on pizza anymore

I ordered delivery. I was texted that my order was out for delivery and 35 minutes later received my food. I literally live less than a minute from the store. My food was barely warm when it arrived. When I asked the driver about the delay he became belligerent even though I had left a 20% tip when I ordered.

Customer service was great! I was greeted by both when I walked in, even though they were busy. They got me taken care of quickly. My issue is the pizza was SUPER flimsy, it flopped over & there was almost no bread in the middle. It was kinda doughy too.. I've eaten pizza from here several times & every time it is the same.

Charlie Dubas is the rudest delivery driver! Hung up on me after telling me my order would be late and then proceeded to be extremely rude. Screamed in my face, and told me to get out when I came to pick up my pizza. I hope he gets fired. That’s not how you work customer
