Why would you guys not give any au jou (might be spelt wrong) with our French Dip Sandwiches. It just amazes me when this happens, I guess these kids just don't care. We get Home and no Dip to our French DIP sandwiches. SMH you can do better guys!!

Order on arbys website online 3 of the new hamburger meals and paid. When I arrived they were out of hamburger patties. They were unable to cancel my order and unable to give me a refund. The Manger said I could come by the next day and he would replace it. I said cool I do that. Now it's the next day they saying Oh we can't do that

As a former employee I much urge everyone to not EAT or DRINK anything from there! The Despenser for the drinks are MOLDY they don't clean it at all which is a health hazzard and the food are 4/10 times old and b sitting for 1 hour max! There countless flies around the fries and the meat as well as the shake machine and numerous of roaches behind the kitchen and the sewage pipes needs to be a bigger health violation is unbearable to the point The back door is always open letting in more bugs! The employees are always smoking in the back and after don't wash their hands at all!
Please don't eat here if you don't want to get sick.

This was a very disappointing trip to this Arby's. My husband and I came from the VA and hadn't eaten so we took the back way because of traffic so we came through Belton. So we decided to stop here when we pulled up it looked like a ghost town nobody was here that should have been a red flag ?♀️but we ordered anyway. My hubby ordered a #1 Half pound w/cheese and I ordered a Crispy Chicken Sandwich. The lady custumer service was very nice but our order came w/o cheese on my husband sandwich and my chicken sandwich was not cooked all the way couldn't bite through the middle it was discussing.? Called twice no answer of the phones either. Now I see why the rating is like it is. Will never see us again. Believe that!!?

The double roast beef sandwich and curly fries were quite good. It would be nice to have condiments that don't have high fructose corn syrup as an ingredient.
Parking: The parking lot is small and a tight fit for our truck. We had to park on the street which I hate doing but since it was a side street, we didn't have any issues.
