This is the best bbq in the area! Never seen a bbq place infuse Mexican in their menu like Schoepf's amazing brisket queso and charro beans. Go through the meat line first, then onto the "sides" line. Friends had the Vaquero sandwich, both brisket and sausage layered between a soft bun. Out of this world good. Plus bands at time and bull riding on special events. Truly everything Texas! Yihaa!
Passing through after leaving Austin. We saw the billboards for top 5 BBQ in Texas and had to give it a try. The brisket melted in my mouth. I loved the jalepeno cheese sausage and the beans with the tomatoes and peppers were outstanding. My husband and I paid dearly for our lunch and 1lb of takeout brisket, but it was so worth it. We’re not familiar with Texas bbq but if it all tastes like this- we’re here for it!

They hosted a Vanilla Ice concert in the backyard area. Had an awesome time and enjoyed the nostalgia of the 90's. Got some sweet tea and a sausage wrap and listened to the music. Food was good as usual and the service was done with a smile and a friendly attitude. Have every intention of going back.
