Our crew had been the week before and we had the best time. We came as a large group for our lunch break. They had given us all coupons for $10 off our next visit. So this time we all ordered online to get ahead of the wait. Several of us had issues with coupon. When I tried to use it for my order the code didn't work! But I was ok with it cause our experience was so amazing the week prior. Sadly, not this time. My boss's food had minimal meat on the steak and cheese and the bread was so burnt it was inedible. She literally banged it on the table and it remained unscathed. The staff was made aware but offered no solutions only excuses. When I asked to speak to the manager the cashier told me he was on the phone. I waited, but he never came out to speak with me and our hour lunch break was over. Update: When I later attempted to call and speak with the manager the young lady at the front desk answered. She said he was still on the phone, that he was in a meeting. She said she knew it was me calling. Then proceeded to tell me how she didn't appreciate my group. That my friend was petty because of the bad review she left. Then proceeded to say that someone double her age shouldn't have behaved that way. I was so confused because I saw my friend showing disdain for the burnt meatless food she received. It just so happened to be my loud friend. I told the girl on the phone that she seemed to have more courage over the phone than in my presence. That she was unprofessional and needs learn how to speak to her customers. She continued to insult me and my party of friends. I said I'm not listening to this. I'm going to let you go and I hung up. This is not customer service. There was no attempt to remedy this situation at all. We will not be back and you should save your money. Whatever you do, don't order the Philli Steak and Cheese. You will be highly disappointed.

I have been here on separate occasions and the food has always been AMAZING! I got the Stromboli and it was delicious, the proportions of all of the ingredients were great and the crust was crispy. The jalapeño bites were perfectly fried and had the perfect amount of spice. I tried a bite of the chicken Parmesan sandwich and that too was sooooo good. The vibes and staff were great and the gentleman who helped us was so professional and kind. Great spot with great food!! 10/10 would recommend

The experience was deeply disappointing from both a culinary and customer service perspective. The staff came across as dismissive and unwilling to accept constructive feedback, often treating customers as though they were the issue rather than addressing legitimate concerns. The food itself was overpriced, overcooked, and poorly portioned, offering little value for the cost. What was most frustrating, however, was the complete lack of effort to remedy the situation or ensure customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, the overall experience reflected a troubling absence of professionalism and hospitality. I would recommend saving your money and dining elsewhere.

Food was disgusting the Philly cheesesteak sandwich was burnt and barely had any meat . Pickles are fried extra hard and taste burnt as well . Tried getting a manager but all we got was he’s on a meeting call so they say . You’d think they’d fix the problem especially knowing how much money was paid but NOPE . Never coming here again ! They need to do better it ain’t like it’s packed it was only 6 of us in a group
