if i could put zero stars! I would! this place has awful service and they cant even put in simple Codes for online deals without having repeat to them the codes several times! Manager need to be retrain or demoted. Dont waste your time or Money here!

They didn't have any beef at all just chicken, after waiting in drive thru for 20min then they pull that shit on me. I was pissed 😡 & drove away very disappointed.

Went inside to order during a road trip so I could stretch my legs. Waited several minutes for service, even though employees in the back continued to look my way and no one else was in the restaurant. Someone finally takes my order, after I had to say, “I’d like to place an order please.” No sorry about the wait or even a thank you, just walked back after taking the order. Got my bag, made sure it had my burger and fries, then got on the road and opened it to find NO MEAT ON THE BURGER. I had also asked for no cheese or onions, and my meat-less burger also had plenty of cheese and onions. Would have turned around and gone back but would have had to deal with I-35. I stopped by here after being disappointed with the BK on 31st all for them to let me place my order, and tell me the broker is down. Like wth?

Super surprised whenI walked into BK today! The store was very clean, music was bumping (a little loud but I liked it) and Justin had the best customer service! I had to tell him. Like, i'ont even care for BK, I was picking up food for me and a coworker after my usual stop was too busy, but after my experience today, I will be back sooner, and on purpose.
