Used to love this theater it was small, comfy, and convenient. Unfortunately, the past couple of times have been a customer service let down. It’s super frustrating to stand in line for 10+ minutes while one high school staff member works the cashier, 5 others stand and chit chat at the ticket booth, 3 others are filling up a popcorn machine that takes 1 person, 4 are behind the registers just shooting the breeze watching more and more people come in and wait in line. We love this place for everything except for the sound. I have to bring noise cancelling headphones for my kids because of the volume. I would give five stars if they would consistently turn the volume down(db peak 83).
I would recommend this theatre but they need to address the sound for kids movies. It is really loud. Peaking around 92db. Needs to be around 83 peak. Just my two cents. We love everything release about it besides having to bring noise cancelling headphones.
