Freshest food @ reasonable prices in Belton. I love their margaritas, vegetarian omelets, their way sauce, & their cactus!

Always good food. Great service. Didn't enjoy it quite so much today. Slower service and the music make conversation difficult.

Good but typical Tex-Mex. Service was good and food came out quickly and hot. Prices are really good. Will come back.

Mi Pueblo is consistently great. The food is always fantastic, the service is fast & friendly, and the tortilla chips are the best in Central Texas. I recommend the quesadillas with chopped fajita steak. Though I have a fine option for Mexican Food here in Jarrell, if I have time, I drive to Belton for Mi Pueblo.

Not impressed with the bland & practically sauceless food, nor the service.

First off, the negative. We were sat in the back left area and the ceiling fan is just low a recessed light which in the evening time makes the table area have a flicker like being under a strobe light. It was super annoying but they were packed so asking for another table was not a choice. I have no idea why they don't fix this problem.
Second, the salsa tasted ok but was loaded with onions. I have never seen this many onions (small chopped up ones) in a salsa at a restaurant before. It's way too much and overpowers the natural flavor of traditional blended salsa. With half the onions it would probably be excellent.
The positives. This place is popping! Food was overall good and service was fine. Nothing negative or super positive to say about these so it was average which in today's world is above average lol.
I might would eat here again. I have no strong overall feelings either way about the place.

The location, atmosphere, food, service, value, and wait time we're all excellent! We will definitely return and tell others.
Food was outstanding on both occasions. Always hot and fresh. Smaller place and sometimes there's a little wait but more than worth it. Best Mexican food in Belton by far;

Was too small of a place for the amount of tables. Water was dripping from ac duct on to table was unable to move the table due to lack of room. Food was ok but water from ac wasn't.
