Holy cow! I was sad that my route didn't put me in Lockhart for BBQ at the right time for lunch. So when we were nearing Belton I had the wife find me a well reviewed local BBQ joint there. And I am soooo glad we found Miller's Smokehouse! I am from a small town in Texas and have lived in Oklahoma for 30 years. There is not BBQ in Oklahoma that I'd write home about. So any time I'm in Texas I'm brought back to where BBQ is what it's supposed to be....
the best breakfast we have had in Temple Belton area so far. from the bacon ribs, brisket tacos and the coffee was on point and not weak. very happy with trying breakfast for 1st time today.
Went inside and made to go order. Service was fast and friendly. The order was complete, nothing left out. The sliced Brisket sandwich was excellent! Loved the potatoe salad. Ohhhh, and the chocolate cake was so yummy. The workers worked great together. Top notch.
