I hate to say it but after trying this establishment several times, I have noticed the lack of clean crawfish. Very small, field run, not washed/purged, some that were clearly dead/smashed prior to boiling, and some even under cooked with an off consistency on a squishy tail vs firm. We come here at least 3 times a month at the food truck location in Belton… first couple times ordering, I actually believed I found a good spot… it’s hit or miss at the food truck. Today our crab legs were watery, lightly seasoned. I ordered the 2 crab legs and 10 shrimp combo twice… first time I got 4 shrimp, second time I got 6, along with 3 potatoes 1 corn and 1 sausage for $40. Hi! We visited today and the food was phenomenal!!! We were a bit worried that the quality would be less than normal since nobody was there but were very pleased that it was as wonderful as always!
