Offered a free 5 piece chicken strip on the app. I ordered it, mozzarella sticks, and 2 drinks. Got 20 minutes down the road and realized the order was wrong. Not the wrong order because some of it was there. I was disappointed to say the least.

Today it took 20 minutes to get a Lemonberry Slush. Normally service is fast. Secondly, the app changed the full amount and not the advertised 1/2 drinks and slushes. Kinda upset about that.

I love sonic, its my go to place however this location is the worst. The service is usually rude. Orders take forever. I waited 15 minutes for someone to take my order and when I asked an employee outside if they were open bc there were no other guests here(so why was it taking so long to take my order) she said yes and someone would be with me soon. I had to drive to another spot to get someone to take my order. I avoid this location at all costs. It took 30 minutes to get one burrito and coke.

I went this morning on my way to work to grab a Rt 44 lemon water! I also went ahead and ordered a burrito since they were half off in the app! I usually steer away from this location because I’ve head a lot of bad things about it. & this visit proved those right! There was a piece of plastic in my burrito! I called the store and spoke to the “manager” and she showed no empathy, no apology, no nothing. I wasn’t looking for a refund or free food, but I didn’t expect her to just basically not care. I’ve worked at a sonic in the area with a different franchise and I expected at least an apology. Also, my RT 44 lemon water only had 2 lemon wedges when they’re supposed to have 4. How are yal gonna charge to add lemon but only give me half of what I paid for!!

Server had a real attitude when she brought my order. I couldn't get the card reader to work. I gave her my card and she rolled her eyes and walked away with it. 5 minutes before she came back and didn't say a word, just handed card a walked away.
