Located on 200 South I-35. This is a great location for hwy access. Drinks were good but service is 'eh bad." Toilet papers were not available in both restrooms and we shared with batista and we were informed, yeah we don't have but Jimmy John has some. Wait, who is the manager of this facility? I guess the customers' are not so much important. Hope it does not become the lowest rating Starbucks store. Thanks anyways.

I was doing lyft in that area and stopped to get my usual drink . I've never been to this location before. The people were friendly. I just think my usual store in Killeen makes it better. I had to Dr my drink a little. Other than that it was cool.

It took forever to get my order because the employees were busy chit-chatting and laughing. When they asked if I was an online order and I said no, they didn’t prioritize my order. Instead, another customer who was an online order arrived after me and received their items first.

Like an idiot, while in a rush, I placed my four drink order to Temple (my regular spot) instead of Belton and the ladies were so kind and understanding. They helped make my drinks in literal record time (seriously, four drinks in under 5 minutes with NO complaints)!! Thank yall so much for being so patient with me, I obviously hadn’t had any coffee this morning xD

EVERY time I come here the store is closed. It's 4:20 pm on Saturday, August 17th.. WHY is the location closed if your sign says 10 pm? Just close the whole dang location. I'm tired of wasting my time and gas coming during normal operating hours just to hear "Sorry, we're closed for the day".

It's 7:30 in the morning and the crew isn't ready. Dirty bathrooms, both, no paper towels, gnats. Behind the bar, sweeping mounds of ?!!! On slippery floors. If it weren't for packaged breakfast, I would call the health inspector. And the drip coffee is not Starbucks quality, more like coffee water. Don't waste your time or money here, diner coffee quality, which is not a compliment. Denny's has better coffee ???

this afternoon I decided to stop by and enjoy myself a little sweet treat of Starbucks. I was greatly looking forward to my pumpkin spice chai latte, but was unfortunately met with no pumpkin in my pumpkin spice chai latte I was pissed. I spent $33 on two pumpkin spice chai latte one pumpkin spice latte and they put no pumpkin in all three of them and three cake pops. Along with this bad food every time I go in there, the music is blasting and it’s annoying because I’m trying to study. The service is nice. I’ll give them a clap for that one, but that’s it no other claps. i’m not pumpkin in around. anyways, next time people put pumpkin in my pumpkin spice, chai latte.

This was a very nice Starbucks to go to. Not too busy. The staff is very nice, the bathrooms are clean and the drinks could be delivered faster but I think it was a lack of staff. Otherwise, everything is good!

I forgot my bag. Made it all the way to harker heights before I realized it. Thankfully, Jordan and her coworker, I wasn't able to get his name, but they found my bag and I was able to get it back with nothing missing thankfully. A HUGE thank you to Jordan and her co worker!!!

This is the worst starbucks ive ever been to, watch yalls drinks. They filled mine halfway with whipped cream, then frappe, then more whip??!! Like, what tf?? It wasnt even mixed!! That is not what i paid for, to add on to that these girls working here are so UGLY to customers. Whoever manages this building needs to check their staff bc they are BRATS!! Its always a problem!!
