I am disappointed with this belton location. A young lady Jadie, exhibited a disrespectful attitude while taking my order. Such behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your establishment's commitment to customer service. Drive thru experience: The worker took about 5 minutes to even come on the speaker to take the order. There were cars wrapped around the building, and no one was taking orders. Once I got to the window, I was missing an item that the worker was not even aware of, took about 5 minutes to get one drink. All the employees were running around bumping into each other, one of them even started digging through the trash can right in front of the drive through window. This location is one of the worst ones I’ve been to. To top it off, that coffee I was waiting on was horrible. Very bitter.

Do not go to this if you are military I asked for a military discount they said they do no do that they don't give military discounts. You would think in a military area with disabled veterans they would. This is the first Starbucks I've ever been told no military discounts. Wait til you get to temple the one by Buccees always give military discounts. I hope this one lose business especially when you pay 6.00 for a cup of coffee.

I was so disappointed, I had a hectic morning and no coffee. Finally, lunch came around, and I grabbed a bacon Gouda sandwich that ended up being cold in the middle, so I went back in and asked them to warm it up. They remade it completely, and I really appreciate that... unfortunately, when I pulled off, I opened my venti coffee, and it was only poured to a level of what a grande would be. I needed every oz... Especially considering the prices.
Let's talk customer service real quick. To the redhead kid who rolled her eyes and sarcastically told me she hoped my day gets better, listen up. If a customer says they have a problem with their order, you fix it. Apologize profusely, then ask if there is anything else before sending the customer on their way. You do not then proceed to tell them how they should ask for the correct items. The request would not have happened if your team had got the order correct to begin with. Fix your team before trying to tell me or any customer how to do anything. DO BETTER. I've been coming to this location for years and I have never been so upset at anything.
