A employee named Sam always gives amazing customer service every time I come in! She’s super friendly, patient, and makes the whole experience better. You can tell she works hard and genuinely cares about customers. My drinks are always made perfectly, and she keeps such a positive attitude even when it gets busy. Starbucks is lucky to have her!
