I used to love this location, but recently it's begun to fall off. I've been having mistake after mistaken on orders and I pretty much order the same thing and never switch it up. I'm also there enough that they recognize when when I arrive. I know staff rotates, but that shouldn't mean that quality of service falters to this degree. It went from never having issues to not going there anymore due to issues. I'll try again eventually, but for now I'll refrain.

Food at this location not sure about. Customer service gets it a 1. I walk in gonna order food for family of 5, male employee walks up to take the order and female calls from the back “If you are gonna order you have to do it from the kiosk”. I don’t work for this business, the employees do. I pay extra when I eat out for the service and then I tip based on that service. Therefore, I don’t order anything from this location and went to a different food service location. Service is a 1 food is a 1 cause didn’t get an order, atmosphere seemed like every other Taco Bell so haven’t a 3.

Update to add: we were going through our order and were missing an item.

Stopped by here to grab a quick bite to eat before heading to my son’s basketball practice. Right off the bat the lady at the intercom sounded incredibly irritated, which I let slide because we all have bad days and I get it. Get to the window, and both the ladies there could care less about how people are treated. I ordered a Mountain Dew, and was given a Baja blast. Let her know politely if we could get it switched out since it was not what we ordered, so instead of speaking with me to help resolve the situation she sighed and spoke to someone behind her. Then upon handing me my order, the young lady SHOVED it at me. Then when I was already gone I went to take a drink (I ordered Dr Pepper) and it’s Pepsi. I’m not one to get upset, like I said I understand we have bad days and I don’t know what’s going on in either of their lives, but the service was unacceptable, and to top it off got both drinks wrong. Food was fine, its Taco Bell I don’t expect much but I’ve never been treated with so much disrespect at this location before.

If I could put no stars I absolutely would but unfortunately Google requires at least one star, so Taco Bell thank Google for that. Today I was humiliated, discriminated in front of my children by the Face of Taco Bell , by who they felt was best fit to be the manager there. I never felt so low in my life all because they messed up on my order and I was asked to come back to make it right, but instead when I arrived back I was yelled at ; cursed at, window slammed in my face, all because of your mistake. I spent my money and ask for what I wanted I didn’t mess up the order. I was refused a refund after my remade order was incorrect again. All because she wanted to yell at me and still didn’t get the order right. The manager was absolutely unprofessional, rude and all around wrong. If this is who they allow to be the Face of Taco Bell I will no longer bring my children let alone spend my money here to a company that allows the manager to talk to customers the way she did to me today. Embarrassed? beyond it. As me being a manager for over 6 years sometimes it takes the supervisor to pop up to make sure that the customers are being treated right and taken care of and enjoying the customer service provided by Taco Bell staff and manger; if not being provided a simple promotion to unemployed should sustain because we matter. And deserve to be treated with dignity and respect regardless if it’s just fast food.
