The customer service is pretty good and fast. I love their fries 🍟! They have some of the best fries to me. However, they should take spicy out of their chicken sandwich cause there was no kick to it whatsoever, and the tenders were a little hard.

Best local Whataburger hands down. Whether we order via app or in the drive thru, always impressed with the freshness & accuracy of the food.

Kid-friendliness: No playscape, but its family friend with kids menu options

Gravy is water. No thickness to it at all. I was shocked.

Food was hot. I will give them that.

Drive thru line is a bit of a mess because no one follows the arrows (directions) to enter drive thru. And, parking can be cramped if you don't have a compact car.

Employee only said 2 words to me and seemed to hate her job.
