“Shout out to the staff at Ampersand this afternoon, for not only delicious coffee, but some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a while. Kind, friendly, helpful & welcoming to say the least. As someone who is highly involved in customer service, I appreciate people who serve from the heart. Thank you again, you’ve earned a new regular…well two I guess. 🙂 🐾“

“i love the store hours which is pretty late for a coffee shop, meaning you could work for a generous time. I love their extra sweet iced lattes and their food selection. The food truck is delicious, I love a spot where I could get fries and a iced oat milk latte all in the same spot.“
