The winery sources grapes and juice from the Texas High Plains and other areas across the state, offering an A-to-Z selection of white, rosé, red, and sweet wines. Visitors can enjoy a range of wines, including the Viognier, Engine 12, Rescue Rosé, Engine 39, The Specialist, Ignite, Cadet, and Extinguisher, each with unique flavors and characteristics.
