Great place to eat, very clean like very clean. The girl that worked there was super nice and sweet. She spoke Spanish help a lot she was so nice. Very good employee hard to come by. We are sorry we walked in almost at closing time. I don't know her name but if you see her she's what makes this subway better then most her customer service and she was maybe around 18-21 so hard to come by.
Went in for lunch, the ladies that served me were very polite and made my food with urgency. Inside was clean and the food was good.

Ordered ahead online. Showed 20 min later and waited 10-15 min for the 4-7 people that were in line when I showed up. What was the actual point of ordering ahead when I basically just sat and waited as if I were in line.

The sandwiches and other food are delicious and can be expected to taste just like subway(which is a good thing), but one thing I typically enjoy about subway is the cookies. The cookies were NOT the typical subway cookies and clearly overcooked, so that was disappointing.

I did not actually eat the food. We waited in line for 10 minutes, and when we got close enough to see food in the cooler, we decided not to eat. Everything was frozen. There were 2 teenagers preparing food and doing a good job on the Friday night of a local festival. Management failed these two. They were out of bread and expected to serve vegetables that were frozen. Not acceptable.
Subway IMO is the worst of all sandwich places. However it's one of the only semi-healthy alternatives in big lake unfortunately. They are normally understaffed and over worked due to the oil field.

This place is disgusting the food is old my pickles were dark the spinach was dark ,they had no meat,drinks chips by far the worst subway ever. The health inspector definitely needs to come by this place!!!
