Came to the Fond du Lac, WI location at 11:40am, found the place about 50% capacity. Yet it took over 5 minutes before any employees came to the front desk to seat me, then another 10 minutes before they took my order, and it's been around 45 minutes since placing my order and I still haven't received my order. I'm about ready to walk out and go to McDonald's since they actually serve food.

Where can I start?! Let me just start by saying that Jessica is the absolute best!! She ALWAYS remembers my husbands order to a t. I change mine too much to remember. The food is always good, the restaurant is clean and the atmosphere is good. The only thing I would change is the bathroom location.

My mother and I went in late at night on September 16th and had a fantastic time! Our server chiko/Kevin was very kind and fun to talk to as well as a hard worker taking on many tables at once. the cook David made phenomenal omelets and it was so nice to be able to complement his skills to his mother as we were checking out, we wish we lived closer so we could enjoy this food and service more often 😁👍🏻

I love the fact the cook Ali came to check on us about 15 minutes after we were served our food. We received a warm welcome from LaQuana and Chico, both of which were servers that checked to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied throughout our whole experience. I look forward to returning just to visit the staff alone. Our food was cooked to perfection, and my milkshake was the best I've had in a long time. The energy in the restaurant was peaceful and optimistic. Definitely going to be visiting IHOP more consistently. The customer service was top tier, and fortunately it was money well spent. 10/10 do recommend, whether you're local or just passing through.
