Casa Blanca Restaurant is a family-run Mexican and Tex-Mex restaurant that feels like a real, local treasure. The owner, David, has been in business for over 49 years, runs the front of the house himself, and is a genuine, grounded, old-school restaurant owner. His wife runs the kitchen, and every plate has that homemade, no-shortcuts flavor. The food is absolutely phenomenal and a culinary delight. The tacos are stellar, the kind of simple, perfect, soul-level food. The salsa is the best, the beans are yummy, and the red cheese enchiladas are delicious and well seasoned without being too spicy. The chicken quesadilla is also excellent. The servers are excellent, attentive, and welcoming. The whole place feels like a family operation built on hard work, good food, and treating customers right. Casa Blanca is a secret gem, one of the best taco experiences, and a great experience overall. It is a clean place with plenty of parking, and the hospitality and food are unmatched.
