Carlos Restaurant is not permanently closed. It also will not be sold. The old folks are back!
Love this place when my husband and I get a chance to eat here. The food is phenomenal it reminds me of the old school cooking of Alberto’s🤤💯👌 friendly staff. Glad we have this establishment eatery in big spring, tx 5 star rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Friendly atmosphere, good food and I love Mark and D’Carlon. They are trying so hard to please everyone.

Carlos' Restaurant | Mexican offers great food with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The management and servers are very polite, friendly, and fast. Seating is available indoors and outdoors, but it is tight when full, so call ahead to check availability. Parking is plentiful, though the outer lot is rocky. The food is delicious, with a very good steak and a tasty lunch. However, the tres leches cake tasted sour and did not look authentic. Salsa is good, chips lack taste, and ceviche is OK. Half priced margaritas are available on Monday. The restaurant displays its history on the walls, and the music does not overwhelm the atmosphere.
