Horrible management.... waited 1.5 hrs for our $45 order... never got it, wouldn't refund. And then canceled my order when. I asked for corporates number to file complaint.
Tonight I was waiting in the drive thru at KFC in Big Spring Tx. They let me and customer behind me sit there until they closed and 20 mins and then came to the window and said they was closed . Mgr said she didn't have to tell customer she was closing early and if I didn't want anything what was the point of me asking to speak to her. I will never eat there if this is how they treat there customers. I will make sure I let everyone I know not to eat there . Poor customer service...read full review
Customer service was terrible the lady in the drive thru shut the window in my fave while I was still asking for something and when I asked for management she cussed at me and management backed her up and wouldn't return my money. I'm super disappointed we love kfc and probably won't ever come back. the manager wss the worst she and the employee both acted like they were going to try to fight me in the drive thru lounge with my 2 year old sitting in the back seat and when I asked...read full review

KFC provides a satisfactory dining experience despite some challenges. The staff are attentive, cooperative, and friendly, working efficiently. The food was great, hot and fresh. The biscuits were delicious and fresh. However, the restaurant's equipment is in need of repair or replacement, which can lead to delays. Orders may take some time to fulfill, but the staff's positive attitude makes up for it.
