Could not get help from employees, orders constantly taking too long, and items often are missing from orders from this location for both dine in and take out/drive thru.
My husband and I came from Abilene for a VA appointment. We stopped here for a bite before going to appointment. The food was great and the biscuits were delicious, fresh and I wanted another.
Parking: Very clear handicap parking.
KFC provides a satisfactory dining experience despite some challenges. The staff are attentive, cooperative, and friendly, working efficiently. The food was great, hot and fresh. The biscuits were delicious and fresh. However, the restaurant's equipment is in need of repair or replacement, which can lead to delays. Orders may take some time to fulfill, but the staff's positive attitude makes up for it.
