I'm going to probably have an unpopular opinion, but here goes.....the food is usually a hit or miss, and they are 9 times out of 10 understaffed with just 2 people working every time I have been in there. The service is excellent, however. The girl who takes my order is super nice and always smiling and she and the cook really hustle to get the orders out! They are pretty fast too, so that's why I gave them the four stars because attitude and work ethic is everything...

Food was hot and fresh, staff is friendly, attentive, and quick, building was clean. Food was brought to my table and I was checked on to see if I needed anything else. Highly recommend.

I've always loved long johns and still do!The last time I was there I was disappointed because they were out of hush puppies and didn't offer to reduce the price or a substitute but the rest of the food was goodA few of the wait staff have been rude but over all the majority are friendly and helpfulI'll go back
