SITTING IN LINE FOR ONE HOUR IN THE DRIVE THRU WAITING TO GET MY ORDER TAKEN. SAT AT THE SPEAKER FOR 20 MINUTES. I RAN OUT OF TIME. WHAT SHOULD HAVE TAKEN 10 MINUTES MADE ME LATE FOR WORK BECAUSE I COULDN'T EVEN LEAVE DUE TO BEING BLOCKED IN.
Everything was great at Taco Bell food wise and service wise. But the place did have a very foul odor and so did the bathrooms. Not sure what that was but it was unpleasant. The floor was extra sticky in the dining room and the bathroom. There are a few tables that were dirty. I feel like it could have just been cleaner.

While I absolutely love Taco Bell, this store needs a major overhaul. From the staff to the physical store. The temperature in the restaurant is either too cold 90%of the year or way too hot. Half the time when you place your order, if they are out of something and you pay extra for it, they offer no substitute or refund.
