Only 2 people working this Friday afternoon. This location isn't far from a very busy I20 on the way to Midland, TX. Jr bacon was not fresh. Fries were cold and old
I’ve gone through the drive thru multiple times. The orders are almost always wrong! Double check everything. Simple mistakes like ordering double cheeseburger and getting a single or they forget the cheese. Last 2 times, the fries were cold. Very disappointing experiences for such easy requests. And they don’t give you your receipt every time so it’s hard to correct your order later.

Wendy's is a restaurant where friendly staff can be found, especially when interacting with customers in person. The service and timeliness was excellent, and the food is good, hot, fresh, and tasty. The staff is much improved, though some employees can seem like they didn't want to be there. Drive-thru customers may experience minor delays, but some did not have to wait very long at all. It's recommended to double-check orders before leaving, as mistakes can occur. Despite some drawbacks, Wendy's remains a decent option for a quick meal.
