I visit from time to time. Food is some of the better in Big Spring. Staff is usually decent.

No one helped me after standing there for a few minutes and there was only one employee I saw. Very disappointed after traveling for 8 hours prior.

Just want to say this has been the best customer service I've had in awhile. Great management, amazing food, and very clean. I will be coming back soon for more amazing customer service. Keep it up!
The Manager Jeremy I believe. He was there on 06/30/25 1600 he could not care less about customer service. There was only one gal up front taking my order and had some difficulty finding some buttons. All the while there was food chillin in the window that he placed there to get bagged up and handed to customers waiting . He came upfront to help the gal taking my order and completely ignored the food sitting in the window and went to the back the customers glanced at each other like really?
He just need to be more aware of the customers and what’s going on around him. Having an eye out for crew struggling and being ready to jump in and help.. do better Jeremy you seem like a nice dude.. just do better.
service was very slow, waited for an hour to get our food, just two sandwiches and mac and cheese. the staff was cold and dismissive and even forgot our second mac and cheese before we left. pretty sure they forgot about our order altogether at first. people who came in way after us got their food way before us.
Don't think anyone could possibly move as slow as the people that work here.
Service was fast and friendly. Food came quickly and was delicious. The dining area was nice and clean. Parking was convenient.
I normally don’t post bad experiences, but the manager here was on such a power trip it was astounding.
We were passing through on our way to El Paso, and stopped by with two of our tea passes. The person who took our order wasn’t sure what to do as we asked for the tea to be put in our Stanley cups as opposed to their cups. She called the manager over who refused to fill our cups and made a big deal about how our normal location shouldn’t be doing that for us. Ok, fine lady. We then asked for a separate cup with the ice to which she replied she’d have to charge us for that too. At this point I tell her not to worry about it because it’s just tea. It’s not that deep. To which she replies actually it is and proceeds to lecture me on how if I’ve ever worked in the restraint business I would know how it messes up inventory.
INVENTORY ON THE TEA THEY REFILL FOR FREE by the way. If anything I was saving her inventory by asking to fill our own cups in the first place.
But once again, fine lady. It’s just tea!
We asked for one of our tea passes to be filled with unsweetened tea with a small splash of lemonade. Not half. A splash. To which she replies that makes it an Arnold Palmer, and that’s not included in the tea pass and then says she has to call her regional manager to ask about that. She takes a call in the middle of helping us and never returned. A different woman came back and we told her the manager never scanned our second tea pass, she took a phone call and left us there.
Once again, IT’S JUST TEA. lol it was never that deep! I honestly feel someone gave this lady a title and she had some kind of power trip. It was probably one of the most bizarre, rude for no reason experiences we’ve ever had at any of the many McAlisters locations we’ve visited. (12/26/24)

I never write reviews but worst service ever, ordered online. No one ever paid attention to me. Manager kept passing back and forth behind counter never acknowledging me or any of the other customers. The employee in the back kept talking to each other and texting on their phones. Order was not ready even though, I arrived 10 minutes late, still had to wait another 15 minutes.

Ordered the nacho basket and the cheese came out brown. Took it back and the person at the counter asked if it was old and could there be more made. The person in the kitchen said it was old and they could not make more until it was all gone. Ordered potatoe soup for my sons and both said it tasted weird. Most workers were on their phones. More than likely will not be going back to this location!
Just a overall Terrible experience. I was promised a refund my the GM and never got it.

Never knew this place was this dam good.
Didn’t even try the food because it smelled rancid coming in, used the bathroom and they looked like something from a saw movie. My brother said the men’s literally had feces on the light switch. Do better y’all.
