Hotel Settles is my West Texas oasis! Fine service, accommodations, food and drink. My absolute favorite stop between Ft. Worth and El Paso.

Settles Grill, located within the historic Settles Hotel, offers a delightful dining experience. The menu features exceptional desserts, including the divine Tres Leches and out-of-this-world bread pudding. Visitors can also enjoy high-quality dishes like fried Brussels sprouts with honey lime glaze and blue cheese crumbles, as well as perfectly cooked Steak Frites with hand-cut fries and truffle oil. The restaurant boasts a friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere, with beautiful decorations that create a welcoming ambiance. Guests have praised the attentive service. The food at Settles Grill has been consistently praised, with customers highlighting the deliciousness of the Rib Eye Steak, cooked to perfection, and the Chips and Queso, which were described as "very Yummy." The restaurant also offers vegetarian options and is clear about dietary restrictions. Everything is delicious and well seasoned. The gorgeous renovation is in keeping with its early glory days. The staff was great and even served a birthday cake. They did an amazing job helping serve the cake and even hung around to sing.
