Not normally a person to complain but this is the second time in 2 weeks I've tried to get a grilled cheese with my coffee for lunch and they have been out I'm starting to think they just don't want to make them or the manager ordering supplies isn't ordering enough but it's starting to get ridiculous it's bread cheese and butter.... sorry I just realized that this is big springs TX this was ment for the Midland Texas big springs st location

The biggest issue with Starbucks locations outside big cities is they have to compete with the expectations of one in a big city.
I genuinely like the folk I’ve interacted with here but if you come in at an inopportune time then you’re gonna wait. A loooong time. The times I’ve gone in at those times are usually late in the afternoon and by that point they’re down to maybe two employees. At that stage they just taking their time. I don’t blame them, really. Why get all bent out of shape and stress yourself out: you’re hosed and you know it. But, because of this reality I’m very selective of when or even if I go there. These days the added half hour to my drive time isn’t worth it and I’ll instead just grab a soda from a gas station.
Small towns do have it rougher than big cities because of the comparison to the quality and quickness usually delivered there. Add to this a smaller workforce to draw from and you’ve got Big Spring Starbucks. I wish them luck.

They are usually super good about getting our orders correct. But today my husband stopped by 2 get me a pumpkin cold brew. And they gave me basically a cupful of syrup and when I went back to get it fixed. The entire crew seemed clue. That's about the phone call. I just made kept asking me for the name on a drive through order. And it's just was an unpleasant experience.
