They are usually super good about getting our orders correct. But today my husband stopped by 2 get me a pumpkin cold brew. And they gave me basically a cupful of syrup and when I went back to get it fixed. The entire crew seemed clue. That's about the phone call. I just made kept asking me for the name on a drive through order. And it's just was an unpleasant experience.
I have been working in Big Spring for a year and a half now ... this is the best Starbucks around drinks are made correct the staff is so Amazing!!! I am a rotational worker, so when I go home to Colorado, I expect the same service, and I don't get it when I come back to Big Spring. These guys and gals are always great !!! Thank you for your hard work !!!
