Went to the bathroom. Staff kicked the door open and dragged me out by my hair because they assumed my gender. Didn't even let me do my pants up.

For a place with steak in there name i was greatly disappointed on only 1 steak they had to offer like how are you gonna call yourself a STEAKHOUSE and litteraly not offer steak

My first time at this establishment. Mediocre at best. We were the only ones there. Which that's alright for a Wednesday night. We soon found out why. We started with a couple drinks which our server got mixed up. He repeated himself 3 times to no avail. We both ordered chicken dishes. A little disappointed they couldn't find the time to pound out the breasts even the tiniest of bits. My dish came with mash and green beans. I know yall did not serve me canned green beans!!! Come on now. Unfortunately I will not dine here again. Good luck. You need it....

The menu they advertise on their website is not the one you are presented with. My fries were soggy and cold. When I told the server he said" we will drop some new ones for you". About 2 minutes later he brought me a basket of soggy hot fries. All they did was take the soggy ones and dump them in the fry basket for about 30 seconds. They were unedible.

Went on 2/6/21, at 7pm. Slow service all around. There were only 6 tables and waitress kept forgetting our chips and salsa. Biggest bummer, NO STEAKS!! Steakhouse with no steaks, what? Also, portions are a lot smaller than before.

We were so excited for this place. Unfortunately we left very disappointed and this was one of the worst experiences I've had in a long time at a restaurant. When we got there 1st impression was it was very nice very warm looking and overall homey. But then it went all downhill from there. Our waitress was very nice. Drinks were good and service was fast. We got the wings for an appetizer. They were bland. My husband got a burger. He said it was delicious. I got the BBQ chick
