Best ice cream!!

I had some of their seasonal strawberry sorbetto, and it was delicious, I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who happens to be nearby and/or passing through.
Blanca, Ryder, and Kat were so amazing. We came in and they all greeted us right away with a smile. They immediately asked us if we would like to try anything. Amazing staff and awesome Affogato!!!!
I had their affogato for breakfast. It was the best I’ve ever had. The ice cream is made from water buffalo milk and it’s incredible. I’m going back tomorrow. Staff were great too.
We had never heard of Water Buffalo gelato before, but it was absolutely delicious! The vanilla and the stracciatella were our favorites.

Very cool place. Their gelato is made with water buffalo milk. Crazy smooth and yummy.
Even though my husband and I are more ice cream people than gelato, this place is so unique, fresh, and high quality that we try to stop anytime we are passing through Blanco. Service has consistently been friendly and top-notch as well. The gelato is super rich! I suggest ordering on the smaller side or cutting scoops with a complimentary sorbet.
Very cool gelato shop, the gelato is super yummy. Highly recommend as a sweet stop.
Stopped there this afternoon and I’m happy I did. My wife and I ordered a cortado mine with vanilla syrup and hers with caramel syrup and they were delicious. The syrups are made on premises. The folks there are friendly and welcoming a splendid stop while traveling through the beautiful hill country.
Fresh gellato and locally sourced ingredients. We were in Italy a few months ago looking for authentic gellato when we got back home and we found it. Worth the drive.
