Fine dining at its finest. My go-to dish is the Pescado a la Plancha. The Pescado a la Plancha is one of the best seafood dished I’ve ever had. It’s a very straightforward platter that comes with the fish of the day, shrimp, rice, all topped with a butter sauce that is divine. The staff are top-tier and hospitable, ensuring that drinks are continuously refilled. Guests can try the delicious truffle fries, ribeye, and pork chop. Chef Mike graciously takes time to speak with diners, and the service is always stellar. The polenta is the best ever tasted, and the restaurant is an absurd gem in Blanco, still delivering amazing food. While the lemon caper pasta is very plain, most everything is fantastic. It remains a beloved choice for diners looking for a wonderful evening out.
