I rarely order capuccino out bc I'm so picky. Theirs was spot on. Started off with good quality coffee. My friend has told me about local water buffalo milk and I learned also from the employee. It's very good for people who can't tolerate milk from regular jersey cows. All of their ingredients are clean. It's good to see a small business thriving. There were other customers stopping in too. I highly recommend this place if you are traveling Blanco.
Went camping at Blanco SP and a buddy recommended this spot for some Water Buffalo creamed ice cream. He said pistachio, so that's what I went with. The excited girls got a medium that was piled so high. I really enjoyed the pistachio but also liked the strawberry flavor. Cool little place off 281 that is worth a stop to cool off from the heat.
Quality of product is outstanding. I really wish I remember the name of the young lady who served us five minutes before closing. She was patient super understanding and happy to help.

The staff, including Blanca, Ryder, and Kat, are knowledgeable and greet customers with smiles, ready to offer samples. The quality of the gelato is exceptional - creamy, rich, and full of flavor. Customers have noted that the gelato is super rich, making it a good idea to order on the smaller side or pair it with a complimentary sorbet. They use local ingredients and make everything in small batches, including their own coffee, cheeses, and cured meats.
