This gelato place is great. We had a great time and the gelato was so creamy and delicious. The creaminess reminded me a of one of my favorite ice cream places in Waco. They have only been open a month and running so smoothly you would think it had been opened for years. The flavors are so good that you have to sample to determine what you want. We traveled from out of state to try Water Buffalo gelato here. It was very good, and even better, we tried the water buffalo milk plain. Drinking it plain, the flavor of the milk is subtly sweet and even from start to finish. You should definitely try it. We understand the reason so many enjoy it. Personally, we didn't pick up on a difference in the gelato quality over traditional cow milk, but we do note the quality of the gelato to be high. Great job, Oro Bianco!
