I rarely order capuccino out bc I'm so picky. Theirs was spot on. Started off with good quality coffee. My friend has told me about local water buffalo milk and I learned also from the employee. It's very good for people who can't tolerate milk from regular jersey cows. All of their ingredients are clean. It's good to see a small business thriving. There were other customers stopping in too. I highly recommend this place if you are traveling Blanco.
Best gelato I’ve ever had…. And I’ve eaten it many times in Italy.

As Texas's first and only water buffalo creamery, everything at OroBianco is made on-site from 100% grass-fed buffalo milk. The staff, including Blanca, Ryder, and Kat, are knowledgeable and greet customers with smiles, ready to offer samples. The quality of the gelato is exceptional - creamy, rich, and full of flavor. Customers have noted that the gelato is super rich, making it a good idea to order on the smaller side or pair it with a complimentary sorbet. They use local ingredients and make everything in small batches, including their own coffee, cheeses, and cured meats.
