WHAT CAN I SAY.. Food was culinary Master pieces of traditional dishes the way chain could never make them. I don't know what I was expecting but the atmosphere was homey and welcoming... The hospitality made this feel like a hidden gem... I am telling you a visit here is like getting one of those melt candles and ending up with a diamond... oh and these people know coffee... reminded me of what I would expect to have in the little coffee shops they have in Europe where coffee is on a whole other level. Go visit and tell Luis I said hello but do not tell any Blanco native ..I told the secret about this place... ?

Great flavors! We went for breakfast and everything was delicious! Ordered chorizo and eggs, blue tortillas are a great touch, omelette and potatoes have great flavor, Chai latte is a must! Great food, great service!

Highly recommend to all (both Texans and visitors)!!! Stopped by for breakfast tacos (because the reviews were so positive!) on the way to San Antonio from Austin and it was 10/10!! Incredible homemade food... fresh blue corn tortillas. Great local feel, very kind staff. Nice view of cute bed and breakfast cottages. Would go again.
