WHAT CAN I SAY.. Food was culinary Master pieces of traditional dishes the way chain could never make them. I don't know what I was expecting but the atmosphere was homey and welcoming... The hospitality made this feel like a hidden gem... Great flavors! We went for breakfast and everything was delicious! Ordered chorizo and eggs, blue tortillas are a great touch, omelette and potatoes have great flavor, Chai latte is a must! Great food, great service!

A trip to the Rio Blanco Cafe is always a treat. Every dish is a guaranteed mouthgasm. The tamales are delicious even 3 days later and cold from the fridge. The Mexican Breakfast is fuel for the toughest day.The atmosphere is casual, warm and inviting. The proprietors Pancho and Luis add to the charm with their warm inviting personalities.This is an experience you don't want to miss.
