We first visited Bluff Dale Vineyard in 2014. We returned this past Friday with longtime friends. What a wonderful day we had! We purchased the wine tasting, and spent an enjoyable and educational hour. The view is breathtaking. Numerous tables and chairs are located on the deck, and there is also inside seating. Do yourself a favor and go!
My husband and I took a drive yesterday to one of our favorite Texas vineyards, Bluff Dale Vineyards. The owners, Theresa and Dave, are delightful. We haven't been there for years. This place shines because of two important ingredients: the views and the wine. There is an amazing patio area with with beautiful view of the countryside. All you need is wine in hand and that can definitely be arranged here. My favorite wine is the Nexus. The Nexus is a sweet red wine that has hints of berry flavors and a lot of depth so not your average sweet red. I took a bottle of this one for the road and definitely have no plans on sharing it.
