The best restaurant funds are the ones you least expect. Sitting on a hill, overlooking HWY 377 in Bluff Dale between Granbury and Stephenville is a small wood building with a terrific menu, large portion sizes and unique items. Well worth the drive, loved the staff and finished every bite. Outstanding, unique burger selection - not your average fare!

THE WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD.
Myself and my family went to Jaspers on August 14th for my birthday and arrived at about 6:50pm. A group of 5. It took 10min to get menus. After we ordered our waters, when they were brought to the table, the waitress didn’t walk around passing out straws, she literally tossed them around the table. The food then took 45min to arrive. We all ordered burgers. We didn’t get silverware. We didn’t get condiments. Had to ask multiple times for both. Had to ask for refills of empty glasses. NOW HERE IS THE ICING ON THIS AWFUL EXPERIENCE. After we finally received our food, silverware, condiments and refills, the waitress starts sweeping up all around our table, cleaning off the tables right next to us as loud as possible. Then…… SHE TURNS ALMOST ALL THE LIGHTS OFF WHILE WE ARE BARELY HALFWAY DONE WATING OUR FOOD. THERE IS AN ACCENT LIGHT AND THE KITCHEN LIGHT AS THE ONLY THINGS LIGHTING UP THE DINING ROOM. Let me preface this, we got there over an HOUR before closing. We didn’t walk in with 5 minutes left. We didn’t make our waitress bring our food out 10min to close. It was the worst, most disrespectful experience I’ve ever had eating anywhere. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Went to Jaspers for my brothers birthday and the service was so incredibly bad. We got to the restaurant at 6:50pm, they close at 8pm. Just 5 of us and we just wanted a nice simple dinner. Ordered as quick as the service allowed and the waitress was so rude. Food came out at 7:50 and she started sweeping, turning the lights off, and was incredibly rude. Won’t come back.
Can't fit large parties but food is excellent. Has outdoor seating if not too hot. Owner is hands on & very nice. Has Dublin real sugar drinks too!

Food is great my cheese stick burger was delicious so was my mother in law's buffalo burger. my wifes maple burger was to mapley for us but thats what we ordered will go back again....water is not filtered thats the only bad part since i drink alot of water and try to lay off sodas

The waitress who worked the motorcycle group on July 20th deserves a raise. She didnt know i called day b4 to reserve tables but she was badass. Thax girl!!! Elk Medalion was off the chain crazy great. Loved this place. Walked in w 12-13 brothers and sisters from motorcycle ride. Waitress was phenomenal good. The cheese pizza thingy was fantastic
