One of the best restaurants we tried in Boerne. All the food was very good, incredible service, moderate prices, sometimes they have live music, the patio area is pretty nice too (considering it was not that hot when we visited). To eat we got the Axis Burger, the Muffuletta and the pomegranate pistachio salad, all of them were pretty well balanced, fresh ingredients and quickly served.

Drinks outside were very pleasant. The servers at the walkup bar were kind. I ended up ordering food but waited a long time for it. I ended up having to find out what was going on only to realize the person inside didn't hear the order come through. That was pretty disappointing but, overall, great spot to meet friends and chat!

Really disappointing experience. Ordered the Mediterranean chicken salad sandwich that I have always loved here. What came looked nothing like what I've ordered previously; it was more like old chicken salad from HEB; definitelynot Mediterraneanin any way. They acted like I was the one with the problem, but brought me a lackluster salad as a replacement. I've always enjoyed this restaurant, but I won't be going back. Over $70 for an unsatisfying lunch all around

The atmosphere is great. Food prices and cocktails are way over priced. $20 for a double vodka soda. What? I asked for a vodka soda with lime on the side. The server brought it out with lemon cause they didn’t have lime. I told her she could take it back and I’ll order something else. She walked it back to the kitchen and came back with three limes. She said the kitchen had lime. I tasted it and it was pure soda water with one shot of vodka. That’s when the second shot had to be added ($9.00). The lamb sliders were good, but over cooked. We asked for medium, but they came out well done. The fries were the best part of the experience. The service was poor and not very welcoming. We won’t be back after spending almost $60 for two cocktails and splitting the lamb sliders with fries.

So I have eaten brunch here a number of times with friends over several years at 259 Brantley's Bistro. I've tried a bunch of items off the brunch menu over the years and have enjoyed them all. This time I went big as it is quite a full plate and one I could not finish. But had the leftovers for lunch the following day. The wild boar schnitzel was nice and crisp with no grease taste to it. The bacon was delicious and the eggs were perfect...not too hard, not toò runny. The potatoes added a nice bite to the meal. The tiny green beans were nice but I didn't get an almondine flavor. But that might be me not the dish. As I have been on antibiotics. All in all well worth the cost of the meal. In fact I had plans to stop at another place for dessert but I was just too full. Now I ordered a frozen margarita for the first time there... I got a small. It was a very generous pour. In fact I drank little of it as I knew I was driving back to San Antono. Again unusual for me but you might want to take a driver when you try it the first time. We had a group of about 16 and the nook was set aside for us. We could not have had better service...two waitstaff, one for each side of the room. Our waitresses was very nice. Patient with people trying to decide what to eat. So many goodies to chose from, never rushing anyone, answering questions with a smile. My long table seemed very satisfied with their meals. Crab cakes, three sets of eggs benedict, salad with added shrimp, another wild boar plate and I missed one or two. The consensus of the bottom of the table was you had to try the pitcher of fresh berry lemonade and it did look wonderful! It is a bit of a drive from my part of San Antonio but when not rushing I used to take Babcock to Boerne Stage Rd with turns into Scenic loop rd and eventually crosses I10. Which was a nice drive...I'm afraid it might be built up with houses now.

Love enjoying the music under the stars, with a great choice of charcuterie boards! Bonnie, the owner makes you feel like you are enjoying cocktails in her own backyard...❤️

HIGHLY recommend! My husband and I ate here for brunch. I was too hungry and forgot to capture pictures. We ordered cheese curds for an appetizer which were accompanied by a delicious jalapeño ranch dressing. The curds were lightly breaded and didn’t overpower the cheese. For my main dish, I had the avocado toast special. The sourdough bread was fresh. Both slices were topped with avocado, lightly salted with lemon and red onion. One slice included applewood smoked bacon with an egg. The other slice included lump crab meat and tomatoes. Both fresh and delicious! My husband had the French toast which he thoroughly enjoyed.

We walked in right before they flipped the signs to close. Yes, we inadvertently were "those customers".The service was excellent. The food was good. We will return.

Yummy food! With a great location on Main Street!! We got the loaded chips and the grilled chicken sandwich both delicious! I would not recommend the lemonade but everything else was great! Great service as well.

Drove in from the ranch for a little meal before the NYE celebrations. Sat there and waited for over 15 minutes waiting for someone to offer us a glass of water or to take our order. Worse part is that they weren't even busy. Maybe we weren't the clientele they were wanting. Don't waste your time going.
