I scream, you scream, we scream for ice cream! Love this location. The staff were nice and courteous. Wish they would give a bigger scoop. So many delicious ice cream flavors to choose from. This location is small but offer big selection. Recommend this location for your ice cream craving.

Sometimes, you just need some good ice cream without buying a tub of it. Baskin Robbins has always had great ice cream. Stopped by the drive thru for a double scoop of chocolate in a cup with a spoon. There are many other flavors to choose from, always a treat, whether a cup, cone, or sugar cone. They used to claim 31 flavors, I don't know if they still carry 31 flavors, but I plan on finding out.

Ordered ice cream in a waffle cone the cone was stale happily changed the cone out for another type of cone it was also stale. Clerk was pleasant. Store empty missing items you’d expect to find like toppings. Wasn’t cheap we won’t go back. Super disappointing!
Service was good, could have been a little cleaner but service was fast and cashier was good and professional.

I had no issues when I came here! I was here on a Sunday at 3:30pm and there was no wait! The staff was super friendly and I was in and out in under five minutes. The restaurant was super clean and my ice cream was delicious!

Appallingly poor service. Was the only customer in the place and 3 employees completely ignored me. A couple were working the drive through. Another was trying to change out a roll of receipts. No greeting, no, "We'll be right with you." This went on for over 5 minutes. It was almost funny. Almost. This coupled with the fact that their ice cream at this location almost always contains clumps of ice crystals is enough for me to finally give up on BR.

Every time they are out of something. Even before covid. This time I ordered a hot fudge sundae. I watched her go over and try the hot fudge pump nothing came out so she drizzled a little chocolate sauce on it. Not the same. I said hot fudge she said we're out. The fact she tried the pump and nothing came out does that mean there is actually more in the back or in the cabinet below and like go get it? Or maybe the guy wearing a BR shirt who is just aimlessly wandering around behind the counter could actually supply the counter? I think this is my last time there. ?
