Six of us came in to have dinner after the Eclipse. We were seated right away. Served our drinks immediately along with the best warm knot rolls...we even got a second basket! All of our meals were excellent....Lobster Ravioli, Chicken Alfredo, Salmon Verona and a Triple baked Pasta. Everyone was so happy with their meals. Quick service and a waitress with a smile!Parking: Large parking lot

I don't love the ambiance of the restaurant, so we generally order take out. Highly recommend the food! My favorite is Salmon Picatta and Caprese salad. The baked Ziti, add Alla Pana sauce is amazing! My husband loves the pizza and Stromboli. Garlic knot rolls are to die for! Try it!

What happened to Bella Sera in Boerne? Hankering for some good Italian food and some good wine sent us to their door. Can't complain about the bread and the salad, super good. The veal parmigiana was meh and the server made no effort to serve a good glass of Chardonnay. She clearly felt she was doing me a favor by taking my order! What happened to upselling the wine at an Italian food restaurant? Stunned and disappointed at the lack of customer service. There was no check back on the wine service, only the food. The sass was real, she should be retrained. No thanks BS,I can go to that other place down the road. BS is BS!

I went in for the first time in a long time since the place went downhill during Covid. Though it looks the same inside, much has changed. Prices are up sharply and the lunch I chose today sounded way better on paper than the nasty slop it was. Even the bread was funky. Service was OK and quick enough, but the hag who seated me was not very welcoming. I looked at what other diners had and some looked pretty good, so I'll not give up on this place entirely, but it'll probably be awhile before I return. If you live in Boerne, crave Italian, and want value for your dining dollar, I suggest Capparelli's just down the road at Fair Osks Ranch. The food is better, the portions are larger, and you'll feel satisfied when you push away from the table.

I like the pizza as its NY style but ask to have it cooked a bit longer or it could be a bit doughy. Chicken Picatta- Im sorry you guys missed the boat on this. First why would serve a $20+ dinner with dry grilled chicken with little sauce. The Picatta, Francesse should be egg battered and the chicken Parm should be bread battered., Angel Hair pasta over cooked, baby food. Sorry i want this place to be my go to place for italian but im just going to stick to the pizza.

Don't let the vintage look of this edge of town business dissuade you. It was a first-time visit for us. We ordered the Bella Sera pizza and the calamari appetizer. We've had our fair share of ordering calamari and this was pretty good! Both eats were really good. We brought home the leftover pizza, and the next day, it was just as good. And I look forward to eating there again.

I like to support local, so I chose trying out Bella Sera for my Italian food cravings.I was so disappointed. I read the reviews and thought I found a good Italian restaurant in a small town.My first impression was that the restaurant was dead on a Sunday night. There were 3 waiters sitting bored, 3 behind the counter eagerly waiting, and only 4 tables filled. The help wanted sign outside made me think this restaurant was bustling. It was the opposite.I got my food to go. I came from out of town and had no utensils. When I had the chance to eat my food after a long day, I realized they provided no utensils and napkins. The salad juice also spilled all over the bag and my car.I tried the famous garlic knots, and had no idea why they were famous. They had no flavor, tasted nothing like garlic and the bread was very tough.I finally got to try out my pasta to only be dissatisfied with how bland it was.I've attached photos.

Wow! What a sorry excuse for an Italian restaurant. This is frozen Sam'sClub tortellini and pre-cooked Tyson grilled chicken strips they are serving here. The Olive Garden is gourmet compared to this place. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME FOLKS
