Blithe Creamery is my favorite ice cream shop, ever. And I am ice cream obsessed! My husband and I drive 20 minutes every weekend (sometimes 2x) - even during the winter months, to get our fix of our favorite flavors. We also love to sample any new flavors they might have on the menu, which rotates quite frequently! The menu offers classics like chocolate and vanilla, while also offering more unique and delicious flavors I’ve never seen before. The owner is a genius at creating ice cream masterpieces!! Right when I think I’ve found my all time favorite ice cream flavor, she creates another one that I love even more.
The service is always amazing too, we always feel so special that they all recognize us when we stop by. Easily one of our favorite places in Boerne! 🍦🤍

Wouldn’t stop here again, it was average. Like something from HEB but atleast HEB seems to respect and care for their customers more. I wanted to see what others were saying about this place because I left feeling very underwhelmed. When I tell you… wow I have never seen an owner so disrespectful and rude to anyone that leaves less than a 5 star review or says their own opinion. It’s just really sad to *see especially when people want to support small businesses.

This is currently my favorite ice cream place in the world! The flavors are fun and always changing. The ice cream is creamy and delicious. The waffle cones, ice cream, and ice cream sandwiches are gluten free! They also have dairy free options!
The goods are a bit pricey, but I don’t mind, as the quality is so outstanding!

I thought it was pretty good quality but for the price I sure got just a little scoop. I ordered two scoops and the tiny (1) ball of ice cream was certainly not comparable to the price.
