Blithe Creamery is my favorite ice cream shop, ever. And I am ice cream obsessed! My husband and I drive 20 minutes every weekend (sometimes 2x) - even during the winter months, to get our fix of our favorite flavors. This is currently my favorite ice cream place in the world! The flavors are fun and always changing. The ice cream is creamy and delicious. The waffle cones, ice cream, and ice cream sandwiches are gluten free! They also have dairy free options!
The goods are a bit pricey, but I don’t mind, as the quality is so outstanding!

The ice cream here home made and is very delicious. I had the sunflower oat cookie dough and it was amazing. Their menu is seasonal so make sure you get to try it before it's gone!
