Located on the Hill Country Mile within walking distance of so many great shops, Blithe Creamery can not be missed! On a recent trip to Boerne, my husband and I stopped twice in our 24 hours here! The lemon ice cream is truly the best I’ve ever had with a swirl on lemon curd! ?
This place is insanely awesome! My Wife and I came to Boerne for a little birthday weekend getaway… we had a great time everywhere, but this was far and away our favorite place. The ice cream is unbelievable. The lemon, especially, is to die for… and it is not very pricey at all.
I’ve had some 80,000+ food items in my 44 years of life if my calculations are correct. The Double Down sandwich was quite possibly in the top 100 things I’ve ever eaten. Perfection.
