I had a very good experience at this Bushs location in Boerne. I stopped by around lunchtime for chicken to take home. They were in the process of frying more chicken and I really couldnt wait. They made some very favorable sustitutions and I left a very happy person. The folks working there were very pleasant. The chicken was great. Ill be back when I'm in Boerne.

Chicken was good, but day one training should force new employees to tell the manager which pieces are white meat and which pieces are dark meat. I asked for a 3-piece white meat and was given a breast, a thigh, and a leg. 🤬

Let me start with how much I love Bush's chicken. Their chicken with Spicy Serendipity seasoning is so good. However, this location is so slow, and is regularly out of sides or certain pieces of chicken (ex: if you want dark meat only). A family pack is too pricey to not actually get what you wanted.

I have came to this location three times and there is no customer service at all. No smile, no greeting, no apologize for waiting so long, and all the workers look so mad and annoyed. These people should not be working here if they don’t like working with people or for people. I love Bushes chicken and I have always had a great experience at the location on Huebner but this location on Boerne is the worst. This will be my last time coming here.

I was craving fried chicken and we went through the drive thru. Chicken was obviously from lunch time or yesterday's chicken. The chicken was so dry that the meat had pulled away from the bone. Extremely greasy. Lots of tea to get it down I was so disgusted I got up and threw it away. A waste of my money. The Order was wrong and I think I got about 10 fries. My husband's order was also wrong and same amount of fries. We give restaurants two or three tries and this was the last. This place definitely needs new management, training for employees or close down.
Boerne, Tx. The chicken is consistently delicious and never disappoints. The okra and fries in the combo are just as reliable, making for a satisfying meal. Service was above average and genuinely impressed me. Overall, a great experience in a sparkling place.

The people are nice but the good portions are RIDICULOUS, I paid 12 dollars for a 12 piece gizzards and the box wasn’t even half full, im never purchasing from this bush’s ever again they are ridiculous so dissapointed

I go here about once a month with my family. For the price you can comfortably feed a family of 4 for around $25 with multiple sides to choose from, you can't go wrong. I never bother with dipping sauces because the country gravy is quite good.
