Last night was the 5 to 6th time in a row and now our last, to go to this location! Every single time they mess up our order. We had a missing item the time before and went back for the fires and they gave us zucchini instead of fries?! Missing chicken, always out of something… last night was beyond ridiculous. 1 1/2 before closing we came and ordered the 15 piece mix. I asked for mainly legs and the guy said ok. I asked for fries and mashed potatoes and extra rolls. Apparently you were out of rolls and the guys in the back didn’t want to make anymore he said. Fine, I said I would take more chicken and he said yes. We get our order and I see the fries and mashed potatoes. I didn’t think I would need to COUNT my chicken. We live 5 minutes away. Get home and the fries are cold and stale…. Then I open the chicken. ONE leg, not mainly legs like I asked but ONE! Then, I counted… 13! When I was not only supposed to get 15 and some extra breasts, but instead I got less than what I paid for. I took it all back and had to bang on the door a few different times before your employee with blood shot eyes and obviously high as a kite came out. I told him I wanted a refund and that it was wrong again. He didn’t say a word. Just took the bag and went inside. This is the worst service I think I have ever seen in a store. I was told not to go back by others in town but my kids wanted fried chicken and yours is good. They never get the order right and even shorted us this time.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME IN 3 WEEKS WE ORDERED THE TUESDAY SPECIAL AND IT IS OLD. THE TEA IS RANCID THE CHICKEN ISN'T HOT, AND TASTE LIKE MAYBE IT WAS LEFT FROM LUNCH. AND THEY HAVEN'T HAD COLESLAW. THE FIRST TIME THEY STEPPED UP AND REPLACED MY ORDER. I HAVEN'T CALLED THIS TIME. FOR THE PRICE I EXPECT THEM TO DO BETTER. WE HAD A BOX FULL OF CHICKEN LIKE MAYBE THEY WERE TRYING TO GET RID OF THE OLD STUFF. EVEN MY CAT DIDN'T LIKE IT. COME ON. .... YOU CAN DO BETTER!!!

Do not go through their drive-through on your lunch hour. I waited 20 minutes to get handed the wrong drink and meal. Because I hadn’t had breakfast and wouldn’t get to eat again till evening, I drove back to be told they did not have unsweet tea, then told that they did. They gave me chicken tenders. When I asked about the grave I had seen on the menu they said I had to pay for that which I would have gladly, but at this point my lunch was almost completely gone. So I asked for ketchup instead.
I have no idea why it was sticky but now I can’t eat the chicken
You will wait a long time The manager saw all this happen and had no reaction. Customer service is apparently not a thing there.

We ordered the family meal. It was take out. We started to eat it and my friend started eating a wing and he almost threw up it smelled so bad, I couldn't eat either. I tried calling several times with no answer. We will NEVER ever eat there again.

Staff has no clue what they are doing. I pulled up and asked for a price on a family meal since they don’t list their prices and the kids gave looked like he seen Santa clause. Told me he doesn’t know the prices. So I asked to order tenders and he said they are out of tenders. I then asked for gizzards and he said they have been out since yesterday. How are you open and don’t have any food to sell.
Honestly some of the best fried chicken I’ve had in boerne! Even with the 4:00 rush they still had my food out on a timely and respectful manner will definitely come back more often. WAY TO GO BUSHES BOERNE!!!
The quality of the chicken has highly improved over the last month!!! Along side speedy service this place is definitely on an up hill and I hope it keeps going

Don't go here. Drive further to get fried chicken at another location. It is the weirdest thing ever. This location normally does not have chicken ready. Sometimes they give you brownish grayish mashed potatoes with gravy that is the consistency of water to go with them.

I gotta say that this bushes location had definitely improved as of recently! On my last visit I saw a few new staff members who were actively and intently learning how to properly box the chicken from I think a manager who was wearing all black. My order came out promptly and everyone was super respectful even when I wanted a refill. Overall i think this location is definitely heading in the right direction and I’ll definitely continue to come back!!! The only downside I could possibly leave this place is the smoke that fills the lobby area but I don’t know if they can do anything about that otherwise it was a 8.7 / 10 visit

Honestly wasn't disappointed my third time around, they have new management and got rid of those huge slobs, they have a quick and efficient group of people now as well The tenders usually come out in seven minutes and the chicken in eighteen but the waits worth it!! Honestly had a badass experience, and that's been hard to say for a while, hopefully this new guy can keep his head up high. GO BUSH'S CHICKEN IN BOERNE!!! ?
