It’s ridiculous, ordered chicken pieces and I was very specific I said I don’t want chicken Tenders, they gave me the full order with chicken tenders and they disconnect the phone, you can’t even call to complaint!!

Don’t expect to get waited on in an orderly fashion at the location in Bernie cars just pull up however and they just go to whatever car they want sat in line 10 minutes and in that time six different cars pulled up and still no one helped me or took my order

Hours on the side of the building are inaccurate. The food is woefully lacking customer service is terrible. They'll make you wait 15 minutes to come and tell you that they're closing an hour early.

Can't rate the atmosphere because the dining room is always closed 2 hours early.. change the hours on Google and the building.. if you gonna close the dining room (on the weekend at that) turn off the open sign so people don't even come over to the drive thru.. I hope a chicken express opens up so they can close this place down.. this is ridiculous.. no manager? And the lack of staff and cleaning early excuse is getting tired people are just lazy

Service was great. The food, however, was not. It was cold and had to be thrown out as I was not feeding that to my child. The warmest item was corn nuggets and they were Luke warm at best. Cold chicken, especially in a kids meal, is unexceptable. Do not recommend.

Been here three times now. First time it was dirty inside and service was slow. Food itself was average chicken with lukewarm sides. We wanted to give them another chance, but the last time we tried them, the indoor dining was closed due to lack of staff.

I don't think they knew I was still in the restaurant sitting in the corner, it was otherwise empty. But the workers started to curse and yell in their conversations. They mentioned that one of them got a 25¢ raise and wasn't happy. I stood up and walked around to ask for a refill on my drink and they all seemed shocked. Very unprofessional, and I'm glad I didn't have any children with me.
Friendly staff. Food is horribe....salty chicken, too much oil, fries are cold, rolls were ok. Bathroom was not clean. Wouldn't come back here, or any other Bush Chicken,

Service was good quick and accommodating. Let’s talk about the inside it’s 85° inside this building and the ac is broken . It’s inhumane to let these folks work in this heat especially inside middle of summer !!!

I had a very good experience at this Bushs location in Boerne. I stopped by around lunchtime for chicken to take home. They were in the process of frying more chicken and I really couldnt wait. They made some very favorable sustitutions and I left a very happy person. The folks working there were very pleasant. The chicken was great. Ill be back when I'm in Boerne.
