Chilito's Express, Latin Fusion Catering- Tamales & Sauces

Chilito's catering is the best! The food is delicious and the service is unmatched. Chilito's has catered two events for me over the years—one casual and one more upscale—and they blended seamlessly into both with the utmost professionalism. I could relax and enjoy my guests without one moment's worry about the food, which guests raved about, and they cleaned up quickly and quietly. I really can't say enough about Al's professionalism and great food, and I won't hesitate to use him again.

Amazing food….if we don’t get our Chilito’s fix at least once a week, it leaves a hole that isn’t filled until we get their burrito bowl, street tacos and superb Cuban! The kika sauce is a wonderful condiment that is near legendary. Service is always impeccable. If you’re hungry, try ‘em; you won’t be disappointed!

I found Chilito’s Express on Amazon and I found the tamales I received to be very tasty. I had ordered 2 dozen NO MEAT cream cheese and jalapeño Tamales and was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the quality as well as the taste! I recommend this product. Next I will try the Peruvian Unique World Famous Authentic Green Sauce “Chelito’s Kika’s Sauce. Can’t wait! The tamales arrived frozen in a special container with instructions for preparing the tamales. I think another order of tamales would be great for the September birthdays in my family!

Their worst burrito is ironically the best burrito I ever had! Get it every time. Love this place!

Tamales!!! They are only open for walk up service for lunch from 11 to 2.30. All other times are for catering! Love these folk! Great fir family meals.. order on line, have delivered or pick up. Show up with dinner!

I work right down the highway from Chilito's and pass by it every day. I never knew the glorious food I was missing out on. If you're ever driving through Boerne be sure to stop by. I do recommend their burrito and this isn't on their menu but you can ask for a tamale bowl which is just 4 tamales on a bed of their rice (which btw is divine) and refried beans topped with a cheese sauce. It's a simple dish but their poblano sauce (kika sauce) just brings it to another level. They also sell their tamales by the dozen... to take home. I'm definitely stopping by on my lunch break more often.

This was my 3rd time coming to this oasis in Boerne, I live in SA and let me tell y'all....THE BEST BURRITO I'VE EVER HAD! Look at those beautiful grill marks, the steak just melts in your mouth, rice, onions, cilantro, opted for sweet potatoes over regular ones ( better choice if you ask me) not to mention this green poblano sauce called "kika" sauce that is a life changer. The tamales which is what they are known for always sensational, but I just had to shoutout that burrito. You ever find yourself in Boerne, and are looking for the best food experience go to Chilto's make sure you GPS it though, blink and you'll miss it. The location is almost as much of the appeal of the food itself hidden, till you discover it by indulging on their excellent food. You can not go wrong with anything on the menu. I live 30 min away, and always look forward to coming to Chilito's because I know I'll be driving back utterly satisfied.
