Wow…..customer service so, so lacking. Went to the counter to order a cone, and the gentleman (Melvin) who waited on me could use a crash course in how to “meet & greet” customers. Two other girls were too busy chatting amongst themselves and carrying on.
8/24/24 We stopped by Dairy Queen in Boerne for a cool treat, and it was the perfect choice. We enjoyed a strawberry banana Blizzard, a banana split, and an Oreo Blizzard. Each treat was delicious, and we all left satisfied.The restaurant and restrooms were clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive. It was a great experience and we look forward to our next visit. Highly recommended for a sweet treat! ?
Ice cream is always perfect! The food is good too! Workers are quick and friendly. Great place for when you don't want to cook! Ice cream is the toughest decision for the whole family!
