Service is terribly slow, even when there are no other customers around. Takes forever to be greeted at the speaker, forever for them to come to the window, they don't even look at you when they hand you your drink/take your payment, and then they barely have what's listed on the menu available.
I got a ham and cheese croissant once, it was still frozen in the middle when I ate it. I thought it was a fluke. Iced drinks are hit or miss. Donut selection is sparse and what they do have is old. Manager has not been there when I've asked for one. Hard to believe a business is running without a manager present at all times.

Walked in and was told they had no boxes for dozen doughnuts. Girl waiting on us was playing with her hair before taking order. Then we get home and they cheated us a doughnut which doesn't surprise me since they were putting them in the smallest bags they have. The doughnuts hardly have any icing and taste stale. Worst place. Will not be back especially for the price they charge.

I walked in earlier today and got a coffee and this nice girl with reddish and brownish hair took my order while she was the only person doing anything and the other girls were just watching her, including what i think was the manager. I also saw they had a lot of cars in line while she was the only one doing anything. Needs better management and employees.
We had ice cream, and boy, was it good. But I'll tell you what the AC was stuck on, and I think it was 50 degrees in there, and the girl helping us always had a smile on her face. I wish I got her name, but she was one of the best employees in customer service I've seen in a long time.

OP: If you love having to repeat yourself at the drive thru (only to be ignored), and enjoy having to dispute the incorrect amount of your order, and you are pleased to end up with a completely incorrect order anyway.....well this is the perfect place for you! AS FOR ME.....I'll save my money and patience by never visiting this place again! Bye ✌️

Used to be nice and friendly, now there is absolutely no customer service, I had to ask for help. No gloves, hairnets, the floor and windows were filthy and I mean horribly filthy. I will never ever go back there. It is a disgrace to Boerne.

To be honest , I got there super early so I think it was the Night shift guy still there . The frozen chai and espresso shot on the side was as solid 💯 as I've ever had from Dunkin. I miss the lower prices of a couple years ago when I was in college and Dunkin had 2 $ iced coffee 🤔 . Yeah it seems like Dunkin only has take-your-wallet specials .
