I LOVE Dunkin coffee. It look forward to it all morning, but I have to find another store other than the one in Boerne. They are nice, but it takes over 10 min to get coffee and they seem to get the order wrong 25% of the time. I want this store to succeed, but they have to do better.

I have gone through the drive thru twice , the same sweet girl named Carrie helped me. So refreshing with her friendly upbeat attitude, makes me want to continue to go because of her positive fun attitude. Great job! The hot hot Chai tea latte is fantastic too!

I had gone through the drive thru. And the gentleman who took our order was very friendly, and made me laugh! Great customer service and very speedy service! It was my first time going here, which left a great first impression! I most definitely will come back!

This review is based on visits with my grand daughter. She likes their iced coffee-based drinks. It's her favorite. Her only complaint is that the servers are slow to acknowledge walk-in customers and don't seem very interested doing their job.

They clean their espresso machine an hour before they close. This has happened to me multiple times and it’s extremely frustrating. I worked in fast food too so I understand wanting to close as quickly as possible but I don’t think it’s fair to your customers to close down certain machines before the store is actually closed.

Horrible Manager.. rude, got absolutely nothing right in our order despite my husband telling him they were incorrect, he didn’t care. He didn’t know what was in drinks we were contemplating either. My husband is calling Corporate tomorrow and sending photos but we won’t be back as long as Andrew is the Manager. Worst part is our daughter asking my husband “Daddy, why is he being so mean?” When the Associates are apologizing for the Manager’s behavior, you know it’s horrible.
