Manager is nice, everyone else is rude. Going through the drive thru they talk to you as if you’re inconveniencing them by giving them business. They always talk down to you and act like you’re an idiot. If you get the same coffee every day it’ll never taste the same twice. No consistency.

Oven broken. We stopped on our way out of town for a special made gluten-free sandwich, but without an oven, we were unable to get any food (our coffee was great and perfectly made). I recommend Dunkin gets gluten-free bagels for folks with food allergies like my wife.Dietary restrictions: request gluten -free options for bread.

This place is awful. The donuts are ALWAYS cold. They're always out of something, like basic donuts and they hardly ever have any decaf coffee. Plus, the donuts don't even taste good! Walmart has better donuts. I've learned my lesson and we'll never be returning.

Drinks have been really well made lately. For a while, the drinks were sometimes made perfect and sometimes tasted like all espresso or all milk. Place always seems clean and all the employees seem really nice. Hoping the drinks stay tasting great!

I've been to over 200 different dunkins across this nation over my 25 years driving truck's for Living. Not once until today have I said I won't be back. But as I ordered a large drink with NO ice as i always do, I was told that it wouldn't be a large because I ordered no ice. My reply was that I'M NOT paying for a large or full it all the way up. The guy told me his DM TIFFANY told them no ice means you can't fill it up. If this is the case, then you're a thief, and I will never come back here. Simply want what I pay for, I don't pay for ice, and that's very disappointing ? worst experience ever ?

Went to pick up an order for a customer, staff was friendly and buddy. Unfortunately they didn't have half the food for the order, so it was cancelled.
The lady this morning had such an amazing energy and made ordering so much fun. Chasidy is her name. She had both my husband and me laughing and was so helpful. I will be a repeat customer. Thank you so much chasidy, you truly made my day.

Too bad you have to put one star to write a review. Doughnuts taste 3 days old. I've never had a chewy and hard cake doughnut. Crew members are more focused on drivethriygh(which was empty when I arrived) than dealing with the customers in front of them. Change your name to "Dunkin' shoulda gone somewhere else"

The staff is rude and obviously does not know how to listen and take orders. Asked for chocolate chip ice cream. They then asked if I wanted mint chocolate chip. I said no just chocolate chip and I got plain chocolate ice cream. I don't like chocolate ice cream. So I asked them to get the chocolate chip and the guy said he already scooped it so I would have to pay for a new one. He had not even handed me the first one.

The gentleman that prepared my drink did an awesome job. Best Matcha Green Tea I've had. The young lady that helped me with my order on the app was very sweet and enthusiastic about it. (At 5 a.m.)
