I get Jersey Mikes at least 3/4 times a week. Giant sweet tea with all the ice I can fit in the cup & I always get the big Kahuna or Chipotle sub. Always fantastic, I either order through the app or door dash & I sure hope it sticks around.

My husband loves Jersey Mike's subs. I do like to order subs. YUMMY!! We order club supreme and chipotle chicken cheese steak. We enjoyed eating our subs. We will order subs again soon.

Average experience on all categories. Workers seemed flustered, distracted, and more interested in the sandwiches than the customer. Nothing special about the food to justify higher prices compared to other similar competitors. Only went because I received a gift card. Won't return.

I want to thank the manager at Jersey Mike's in Boerne. I was in a rush to place an order for pickup for lunch and saw BOERNE, however, I was in need of the one closer to my house in Leon Springs. I placed the order but at the wrong location by accident. When my gal went to pick it up, she called and asked about it. It was then I realized I placed it for the wrong location. She purchased the order at the one in Leon Springs that I had initially placed at the Boerne location. I called the Boerne location and they couldn't have been nicer in understanding the mix up. They prompted refunded my entire purchase without issue. I want to compliment them for doing the right thing and thank you for that. I know the food is great there and the sandwiches are awesome. For this act of handling customer service, I give them an A+++ and will go up there and enjoy the sandwich I intended to get. Much appreciated for taking great care of Jersey Mike's Loyal Customers. Great Job.

I'm not sure. I didn't like it at this place in Leon Springs. It was a bit messy and too many fingers on my sandwich.
The franchise owner should be really pleased with their workers. Nice people (on spring break) made the good sandwiches even better!
